Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@plumberssupply.ca.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@plumberssupply.ca and send your item to: {physical address}.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Plumbers Supply:  900 Brock Road, Unit #1, Pickering, Ontario, M1R 4N2  Canada.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Plumbers Supply Privacy Policy

Welcome shoppers! The following policy describes the types of information we collect when you visit our store and how we use that information.

What information do we collect?

To shop in our store, you will need to create a Plumbers Supply account. Your account is protected by a password that you choose. We will ask for your name, email address, billing and shipping addresses and telephone numbers. This account information is kept along with your order history. You can view your account information and the status of your orders by clicking on the "My Account" page at any time. We do not ask for your credit card information on the store, your credit card information is processed by PayPal on their SSL servers for your protection at the end of the order process. In addition, we also log information about your visit to the store, including the URL that you came from, your Internet Protocol address, domain type (e.g., .com, .org), Plumbers Supply pages that you view and search terms you use.

How do we use personal information?

The information you provide to purchase merchandise from Plumbers Supply is used to fulfill your order. In addition, you may choose to receive an email newsletter with special promotions, new arrivals or new features of the site. You can remove yourself from our newsletter list by changing your selection on the "My Account" page at any time. In addition, we use log information from Plumbers Supply in order to enhance the operation of the Store. We do not correlate personally identifying information collected in Plumbers Supply with any other information that you provide when using other Mozilla products or services.

What about cookies?

A cookie is a piece of data that identifies you as a unique user. When you visit Plumbers Supply, we set a cookie on your computer to help identify you, customize your experience and maintain your account and order information. To protect the security of your account, you must accept Plumbers Supply cookie in order to shop here.

Do we share personal information?

Plumbers Supply is operated by ELKA Industries, Inc to fulfill your orders. As such, both Plumbers Supply and ELKA Industries, Inc. may collect and share your information to fulfill your order. We do not sell or rent any personal information to others. We may, however, disclose personal information if we believe we are required to do so by law or have a good faith belief that access, preservation or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of Plumbers Supply, its users and the public. Personal information collected by Plumbers Supply may be stored and processed in Canada or any other country in which Plumbers Supply or its agents maintain facilities. By using Plumbers Supply, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your country.

How do I update my information?

You can access and edit your account information at any time by logging in and clicking on the "My Account" page. If you have questions about the status of your orders or any other questions about Plumbers Supply, please contact us.

Changes to this Policy

Please note that it is possible that this Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We expect most such changes to be minor, but there may be changes that are more significant. Regardless, we will post those changes on this page so that you can easily find the information we collect and how we safeguard it. You should be able to readily notice any changes by the date stamp at the bottom of this page. Usage of the store prior to this will be covered by the Terms and Conditions that were in effect on that date.
